In the unlikely event that we have failed to provide a first-rate service please contact the customer services team on 0151 678 7906. Any problem or issue must be raised within 24 hours of attendance at the property. The Daily Maid takes pride in the quality of our service delivery and we take all complaints very seriously, and assure you that these will be investigated thoroughly.

How do I pay?

Payment for our regular cleaning can be made by standing order, online banking or in cash on the day. We do not accept cheques for our regular cleans. Payment for one-off cleans is requested in cash and payable on the day to one of our directors – Jan or Tony.

Do you clean the tops of cupboards and windows?

Yes, but only as part of our deep clean package. This is not included in our regular cleaning service due to Health & Safety implications, as we need the correct working at height equipment (e.g.: ladders).
